How It Works

From data connection to savings report

EnVision fits into your existing procurement workflow. Here's exactly how the system identifies, flags, and resolves pricing discrepancies.

Process

Six steps to pricing confidence

Setup

1. Connect your data sources

EnVision integrates with your ERP, procurement portal, and contract management system. We support direct database connections, file-based imports, and API integrations. Your contracts are parsed to extract pricing terms, item catalogs, tier structures, and effective date ranges.

1
Monitor

2. Scan every purchase order

As purchase orders are created or updated, EnVision scans each line item against your negotiated contract terms. The system evaluates unit prices, item identifiers, quantity tiers, and vendor-specific terms in real time.

2
Alert

3. Flag discrepancies instantly

When a line item doesn't match your contracted terms — wrong price, unauthorized substitution, expired contract, or off-contract item — EnVision flags it immediately. Flags appear in the platform dashboard and, optionally, inline via the browser extension.

3
Evidence

4. Capture audit-ready evidence

Every flag generates a timestamped evidence record that includes the source purchase order data, the relevant contract clause, the calculated variance, and any notes from reviewers. This trail is immutable and exportable.

4
Resolve

5. Route through workflows

Flagged items are routed through configurable approval workflows. Depending on your policies, items may require manager review, vendor confirmation, or automatic resolution when within tolerance thresholds.

5
Report

6. Report savings and compliance

Avoided and recovered savings are tracked automatically. Generate reports for leadership showing dollar impact, vendor compliance trends, and process improvements over time.

Every flag backed by data, not guesswork

Works with what you already have

EnVision doesn't replace your procurement system. It sits alongside it, adding a layer of pricing intelligence that catches what manual processes miss.
